Exchange and Return PolicyThank you for shopping with Suzy's Shiny Things. We strive to provide you with high-quality jewelry and excellent service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return:

Items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).

2. Timeframe for Exchanges and Returns:

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.

3. Process for Exchange or Return:

Contact our customer service team at suzysshinythings@gmail.com to initiate the exchange or return process.  Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos or information.

4. Inspection and Approval:

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the return item(s) to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.  If approved, you will be notified, and we will process the exchange or refund.

5. Exchange Options:

You may exchange for a different item of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. If you choose an item of lesser value, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.

6. Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 days of approval.

7. Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by Suzy's Shiny Things.

8. Exceptions:

Items that show signs of wear or damage due to mishandling are not eligible for exchange or return.

Earrings are non-returnable, for hygiene reasons.
